The Toronto Raptors were victorious over the Miami Heat 95 - 91, in game 3 of the NBA Eastern Quarter-Finals last evening.  The Raptors victory was made sweeter as they were without their big man Jonas Valanciunas, who suffered an ankle injury in the 3rd quarter.  Valanciunas has been a rock in these playoffs and his presence would be missed. But last night other players stepped up to snatch the victory over the Heat to take a 1 game lead in the series.


The crowd at Garden Square was quiet and sparse at the beginning but the fever pitch build towards the end of the game, and people were really getting into it, cheering each Raptor basket.

Game 4 goes tomorrow night in Miami, tip-off is at 8:00 pm
