Welcome to the 2nd week of Inspirational Music In the Park, a fun-filled evening of live performances coming to you from Gage Park in Downtown Brampton.
Introducing Dakota
Introducing Dakota
A new addition to Brampton Bits & Bites this year is Dakota Bowen, who is a high school student at Turner Fenton Secondary School. Dakota will be taking photographs and video and video editing. He will be a great addition and below is a sampling of his work. Using a GoPro camera, he collected a variety of video clips throughout the evening plus did interviews with some of the performers and volunteers.

Airbourne featuring David Bourne a Gospel Rapper started off the evening's performance.
Following Airbourne, was the lovely singing from the SDA Chorale, which uplifted the audience.

To finish off the first half of the evening's entertainment, was the FGT Dancers who with their brilliant costumes, and youthful spirit performed a couple of wonderful dances.
After a short five minute break, it was back to the music, beginning with a group called Davenport who played some great upbeat Rock N Roll Gospel music.
Leah Holton, who is no stranger to Inspirational music, was accompanied in the Gazebo at Gage Park by Quinten. Leah is a very talented singer and did not disappoint the swelling audience tonight at Gage Park.

To round out the evening's show was Kennedy Iden, who is also a returning performer, who has adorned the faithful in the past and got the place moving with his Caribean flavour of music.
The weather was outstanding and comfortable to sit, dance and enjoy the evening performers who inspired and uplifted the audience. And tonight for being the second Tuesday evening for Inspirational Music, the crowd was quite good.
A great evening, and more to come every Tuesday evenings from 7:00 - 9:00 at Gage Park in Brampton, until August 28, and then the finale on August 31.
